Payments – Stripe Payments are processed by our external payment provider Stripe. Momentli only receives limited payment-related information, such as payment status, transaction IDs, and subscription status, and does not have access to full payment details. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy. 4. Cloud Storage – Wasabi Uploaded images and related content are stored in cloud-based storage infrastructure provided by Wasabi Technologies. Wasabi is used exclusively for secure storage and technical operations. The provider processes personal data as a data processor and may only process such data in accordance with Momentli’s instructions and applicable data processing agreements. Data is stored within the EU/EEA or with providers that apply a level of protection equivalent to the requirements of the GDPR. 6. Production of Physical Products – Scandinavian Print Group For the production of physical photo products, Momentli collaborates with Scandinavian Print Group Sweden AB. To enable printing and delivery, necessary print files, delivery details, and relevant personal data are shared with Scandinavian Print Group Sweden AB to the extent required to fulfill the order. Scandinavian Print Group Sweden AB processes personal data as a data processor in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and data processing agreements. 7. Automated Communication and Chatbot Momentli uses automated communication tools, including an AI-based chat function, to answer questions, provide guidance, and deliver customer support. The chatbot does not process payment information or sensitive personal data. Information shared in the chat may be processed automatically in order to improve response quality and user experience, but is not used for marketing purposes or to train open or general-purpose AI models. 8.
