Personalized Products & Right of Withdrawal Most of Momentli’s products are made to order and are personalized (e.g. prints with selected images and texts). Therefore, no right of withdrawal applies to these products in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. The right of withdrawal does not apply to: prints, enlarged images, or products with personalized text or images. For non-personalized products (e.g. an empty box), a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable law. 4. When ordering physical prints, image credits are deducted according to the current pricing and credit structure. The minimum charge per order is 10 image credits, corresponding to an order of 10 images. One (1) image corresponds to one (1) image credit. The membership may be cancelled at any time via the user’s account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable. In the event of an approved complaint, we will replace the product or issue a refund as agreed. Please note: Color variations between screen and print may occur and are normally not considered defects. When choosing a white border, variations in border width may also occur as a natural part of the printing and trimming process. 8.
